| Screen Printing
Our crack crew has over 60 years of combined
experience. We are experts in four color process
and printing on dark fabrics. You can feel confident
that our print is done with quality equipment so your
design won't crack or fade. This is the process:
When your art work comes to us, our art department
first prepares it to be applied to a screen.
Your art work then travels to a "burning room"
where a stencil of the art is created photographically.
This stencil is adhered to a screen and sent to our
printers.
Our printing team uses high quality ink which is
forced through the screen onto the garment of
your choice.
Once the ink is on the garment, it must be cured.
Clark uses a high-tech drying machine which holds
a constant temperature within one degree of the
optimum curing heat. This is important because
good curing means a lasting print that won't crack
or fade.
That's all there is to it! Your order is complete
and ready to ship out.
